We are a premiere facility which offers lap swimming, water fitness, swim lessons for all ages and a swim club for swimmers looking to improve competitively.
Why Aquatics?

Our Water Fitness classes blend the soothing properties of water with effective workout strategies designed for various fitness levels. Ideal for those seeking a low-impact option, water aerobics offers extensive benefits, from enhancing cardiovascular health to improving strength and flexibility.

Tsunami Swim Club
The Tsunami Swim Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels.

Lap Swimming
Regular lap swimming improves physical health, like cardiovascular fitness, toning muscles, it aids in weight loss and boost mental well-being without the harsh impact on joints.
