Certified in BodyMind Bridge hypnotherapy, she focuses on addressing physical, emotional, and mental symptoms. She guides clients into relaxation and peace by tuning into their body’s healing intelligence, befriending their emotions, and quieting their overactive minds.
She creates a safe, sacred space for her clients, offering unconditional support and customized massage programs for stress reduction, pain management, and overall well-being.
Tara may employ various manual therapy techniques, such as ROM, PNF, PNS, and TPT in her treatment-based sessions. Tara is also certified in TMJD treatments, Swedish Myofascial, and Pregnancy massage.
Yvonne
My approach is informed by my more than 16 years of private practice bodywork, 250-hour yoga teacher training and personal trainer certifications. I use a blend of myofascial release, visceral manipulation, whole-body function & structural discernment, trigger point therapy, and cupping.
The integration of these techniques includes better alignment and awareness of movement.
My massage approach brings about nervous system grounding and restoration to your whole being, by inviting you as an active participant using breathework, assisted movements. This subtle engagement and curiosity can improve somatic awareness, increase range of motion, break down and rebuild movement patterns for more ease of movement.
Throughout your session I will regularly assess, noticing subtle changes in your tissue and your breath, as well as directing you to assist in these changes by moving your own body.
Off the table, I enjoy using movement both traditional exercise or sports and everyday activities to teach clients practical and functional anatomy.
I look forward to working with you here at STAC.
