I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2022. I am inspired by intuitive and functional exercises for better mobility, movement confidence and for safe and strong outdoor and indoor sports performance and adventurer life. I have taught over 1,000 hours of yoga, exploring yoga as a flexibility, a stress relieving and a strength practice for every level including beginners, seniors and athletes or weekend warriors.

In my own life, I started changing my lifestyle habits, including diet and adding in more exercise. My service in the Marine Corps and growing up adventuring here on the Puget Sound built my base but even as I have aged I still notice the positive impacts of fitness on my health and life. When my fitness is up everything is up, I have a better outlook and energy.
