Head Trainer & Yoga Instructor

I am a certified  personal trainer and nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2022. I am inspired by intuitive and functional exercises for better mobility, movement confidence and for safe and strong outdoor and indoor sports performance and adventurer life. I have taught over 1,000 hours of yoga, exploring yoga as a flexibility, a stress relieving and a strength practice for every level including beginners, seniors and athletes or weekend warriors.

I have been a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2023. In my own life, I started changing my lifestyle habits, including diet and adding in more exercise. My service in the Marine Corps and growing up adventuring here on the Puget Sound built my base but even as I have aged I still notice the positive impacts of fitness on my health and life. When my fitness is up everything is up, I have a better outlook and energy.

Rise to the Challenge with Fit Focus Groups

An exciting part of exercise is the challenge you offer yourself to improve and grow. It can tricky to do this on your own, but with our Fit Focus Groups, you don’t have to. Our expert team of personal trainers have designed a series of hyper-focused classes run every 6 weeks to support core elements of fitness so you can see great results in no time. You also get the added benefit of comradery and competition by training with a group of like-minded peers that have set out to reach a similar goal.
