Going to the gym is about more than just putting in the time. You want your healthy habits to stick with your kids, and the best way to do that is to make activity fun! We offer a variety of youth activities to help your child adopt a love for movement and recreation, all while learning new skills and making friends along the way. From youth programs to camps and childcare, STAC has everything for the whole family to get into fitness.
Fitting in the gym just got a little easier. With the STAC Playhouse, you have a safe and welcoming place for your little ones to play while you get your sweat on and have some “me time.” Our staff, the Play Pals, make gym-time fun for your kids with activities and games. All of our staff are CPR and First-Aid certified, and are experienced in childcare, so you can trust that your children are in good hands at the Playhouse.
Monday – Friday: 8am – 1pm and 4pm – 7pm
Saturday: 12pm – 6pm
Drop-in childcare is available for $5 per hour for up to 2 hours. We also offer unlimited usage for your family! Monthly options are $50 for 1 child plus $25 for each additional child.
During school breaks and summertime, it can be challenging to juggle fun with the family and your work routine. With our youth camps, your kids can play the day away with games, tennis, swimming, and more!
Open to ages 5 to 11 years old. Non-members welcome with $5 daily guest fee!

As much as you love your kids, it’s always nice to break away from the family routine to get some much-needed couple time. With the Play Date Night, it’s a date night for you and a playdate for them! Complete with a dinner, movie, and popcorn, your kids can enjoy a night out with games and friends while you get in some quality time with your partner.
